DATA PROCESSING (CUSTOMERS AND CONTRACTS)

ORDER DATA PROCESSING

Voyages Flammang uses social media to keep you informed of travel offers. Voyages Flammang may display advertisements on social media platforms. Fulfillment of your booking request and other offers and services

In order to perform the services we offer (booking a trip, taking out travel insurance, taking part in opinion surveys, evaluating travel services), we require personal data about you as part of the intermediary service contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the RGPD, such as your title, your name, if applicable your date of birth, your address, your e-mail address, your telephone number and, if applicable, your bank or credit card details. To book travel services, we also need the personal data of the people who will accompany you. Please ensure that you provide us with all the information of the persons accompanying you with their consent.

We transfer this personal data to the service providers involved, e.g. tour operators and associated service providers (e.g. airline, hotel, shipping company), travel insurance companies, technical reservation systems and Internet booking services. Without this data, we would not be able to carry out the booking of a travel service.

When booking a flight to the USA, airlines transmit each passenger's flight and booking information to the US immigration authorities prior to arrival. Without this data, entry into the U.S. is impossible.
