What is the climate like in Vietnam?
Vietnam’s climate is tropical, but it varies considerably from north to south.
- In the South (Ho Chi Minh, Mekong): The climate is hot all year round with two seasons: dry season (November to April) and wet season (May to October).
- In the North (Hanoi, Halong): There are 4 seasons. Cool and dry winter (December-February), pleasant spring, hot and humid summer with rain, mild autumn.
- In the Center (Hue, Hoi An): The rainy season, with the risk of typhoons, runs from September to December. The rest of the year is hot and dry.

What to eat in Vietnam? Gastronomy in Vietnam
Vietnamese cuisine is fresh, healthy, and flavorful. The Pho Pho Banh Mi, a baguette sandwich inherited from the French period, filled with meat and raw vegetables.
