You begin by exploring Muscat, the elegant capital, between shimmering mosques, fish market and royal opera. You then continue to the Jebel Akhdar, a lush plateau perched at 2,000 meters altitude, before diving into the golden vastness of the Wahiba Sands desert. Each stage offers you a striking contrast: oases, wadis, mudbrick villages and wild beaches.
You travel by rental car or with a driver, according to your preference. Accommodations are carefully selected, ranging from charming hotels, dune campsites, to lodges with mountain views. The pace is flexible and the immersion is total.
