Immersed in the heart of the Hollywood Far West, Hotel Cheyenne is a faithful recreation of a pioneer town designed by architect Robert A. M. Stern, with its arched main street, wooden façades named after famous figures (Annie Oakley, Billy the Kid, etc.) and more than 1,000 rooms spread across 14 themed buildings. Opened in April 1992, it is around a 20-minute walk from the parks (or accessible via a free shuttle).
The air-conditioned rooms, with double beds plus a trundle bed (or two double beds), are decorated with a Toy Story theme and come with practical amenities (hairdryer, TV, safe, etc.). The public areas offer a full range of services: Chuck Wagon Café buffet restaurant (Tex-Mex/barbecue), Red Garter saloon bar, General Store shop, Starbucks, launderette, play areas and meet-and-greets with Disney characters.
A 245 m² vegetable garden supplies fresh vegetables and herbs that go straight to the kitchens of the hotel and neighbouring Santa Fe. All set in lush greenery on the banks of the Rio Grande, ideal for a peaceful stroll after an emotion-packed day.
