Mauritius - Between Beaches and Culture

Recently, I had the chance to spend a wonderful stay in Mauritius, thanks to Voyage Flammang.
Mauritius is a paradisiacal destination. From my arrival, I was amazed by the island’s natural beauty and the warmth of its people.
Every day was a new adventure, between paradise beaches, water activities, and cultural discoveries.
The warm welcome of the Mauritians and the island’s natural beauty truly impressed me, and the overall experience was highly enriching.

Swimming with Dolphins

My highlight of this trip was the excursion to swim with dolphins. At the first light of dawn, we set out by boat to meet these magnificent creatures. Swimming alongside them in their natural habitat was a magical and moving experience. The interaction with the dolphins, their curiosity, and their grace in the water created an unforgettable memory.

My advice

Mauritius is a destination that has something for everyone. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, adventure, or cultural discovery, you will find your happiness. I encourage all future travelers to explore this beautiful island.
I stayed at the JW Marriott Le Aka Iko Mauritius and the Constance Belle Mare, both excellent hotels that I highly recommend. For more flexibility and to visit the island at your own pace, I strongly recommend renting a car.
And finally, if you wish to discover new flavors, don’t miss the local specialties like seafood curry and chilli cakes.
