Mallorca - Discovering the Coves and Mountains
Mallorca was truly magnificent! The white sandy beaches and turquoise waters were breathtaking, and the mountains were impressive. Every time we hit the road, it felt like discovering a new postcard. It was somewhat like moving through a beautiful painting, with incredible scenery at every corner.
Valldemossa was a true highlight for me. From the moment we arrived in this village, I was immediately captivated by its timeless charm. The narrow streets lined with stone houses exuded a unique atmosphere. What particularly struck me was the visit to the Valldemossa Monastery. The peaceful ambiance and the history embedded in every wall were truly striking. Furthermore, the panoramic view from the village, with the majestic mountains as a backdrop, was simply magical. Valldemossa captured my heart, and it’s a place I would certainly love to return to one day.
Visit to Valldemossa
The tour of the Drach Caves was incredible! The rock formations were truly impressive, and the underground Martel Lake was simply magical. The light shows added a special touch to this unique experience. At the end, we enjoyed a classical music concert on an underground lake. It was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Mallorca.
The Alfàbia Gardens were amazing! The gardens were beautiful with their fountains and lush vegetation. Walking around felt like being transported to another world. The waterfall was also really impressive! It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable visit, a genuine haven of peace in the heart of Mallorca.
Mondrago Natural Park was awesome! The natural beauty there was breathtaking, with its secluded coves and picturesque hiking trails. We spent the day exploring, swimming in the crystal-clear waters, and enjoying the sun. It was really relaxing and refreshing to escape the hustle and connect with nature. It was one of my favourite excursions in Mallorca, definitely worth the visit!
The visit to Deià was incredible! This village perched on the hills was so charming, with its cobblestone streets and stone houses. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from the heights was breathtaking. We strolled peacefully through the village, admiring the traditional architecture and discovering the little artisan shops. It was truly a peaceful and picturesque getaway, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the authentic atmosphere of Mallorca.
For an unforgettable getaway to Mallorca, here are some tips to keep in mind. Firstly, don’t miss out on tasting local culinary delights, like sweet ensaïmadas and authentic paellas. Secondly, consider renting a car to freely explore the island and discover its hidden treasures, from secluded coves to picturesque villages perched in the mountains. Finally, be sure to pack comfortable hiking shoes to fully enjoy walks along coastal trails and excursions in Mallorca’s remote coves.
