Argentina is full of magnificent sites.

Argentina’s climate is extremely varied due to its vast geography. Subtropical in the north (hot and humid), temperate in the center (hot summers, mild winters), and cold and windy in the south (Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego). The austral summer (December–February) is ideal for Patagonia, while spring and autumn are perfect for the center and north of the country.

Argentine cuisine is famous for its beef. Try Asado (traditional barbecue), Empanadas (stuffed pastries), Locro (a hearty stew), and of course, Dulce de Leche (milk caramel). Malbec from Mendoza is the country’s signature wine. Maté is the national drink.
